I’m back with another update!

Today’s update is going to talk about backlighting! The rule is; “NEVER DO IT! EVER! EEEEVVVEEERRRRRRR!” But you know me, we break rules around here. With out knowing what I was doing, I actually did back lighting in 2003. The first time I did it, it was a “new concept” I was working on and I kept it close to my chest. Little did I know, it was far from new, but I thought it was and that’s all that matters.

Let’s use our powers of teleportation and travel back to August 2003. If you read my long and boring “About Jay” page, you’ll see that I started model photography doing model pay sites. The first time I tried backlighting was on my then site, Diddylicious. Diddy is a model that I grew to have a good relationship with! She’s a great gal and my wife loves her too. Here’s the photos I did with Diddy:

 

 

I was afraid to pull the trigger and get crazy.

So I decided to give it a try and LET GO of all inhibitions! Here’s a video of my talking about what we’re going to do as well as some of the photos from the video.
